Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining FOP Lodge 147. Membership is open to all Probation/Parole Officers employed by the State of Oklahoma.  Associate membership is available to others.  After completing and submitting the below application your membership will be considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Dues of $25 per month are deducted from payroll and held at the FOP Credit Union in Tulsa.  New members will receive payroll deduction forms to complete and return.  Once your completed forms have been received by the Lodge, coverage in the legal defense plan will begin the 1st of the next month.
